Beautiful garden home for sale in prime 1190!

Post by traveler181 » Wed Feb 05, 2020 9:19 pm

Beautiful secluded modern apartment for sale in one of the most sought after green locations in Vienna situated next to the scenic Hugo Wolf Park and nearby Türkenschantz Park located on the border of the 18th and 19th district. It has 167sqm and plenty of space for a growing family.

The large living room is seamlessly connected to the open kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of countertop space. There are enough bedrooms (each with private bathrooms) for not only supreme comfort for you and your kids, but also space for your in-laws/out of town guests or aupair.

The location is great for getting to the center either by bus or car. You have two private parking spaces directly below your home. A great advantage is the location is in walking distance to a Merkur and Hofer and is enroute to the nearby American International School, Vienna Elementary School, excellent gymnasiums and several bilingual kindergartens incl. Schmetterling and Woodsview.

The price has now been reduced to €1,390,000 and perhaps they are willing to negotiate even further. The best is to just take a look and see how you like it in person as photos can never be the same as in person!

I can put you in touch with the owner directly so you can make an appointment to visit their home. I also highly recommend stopping for a bite at the scenic Salettl-Pavillon just nearby to get a sense of how beautiful the area is. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Any details about the size (m²) and also about which way the apartment faces?
Vienna is like an Ikea sofa - you know you should upgrade, but why bother when it is this comfortable.
